How you're actually assessed
This is the part most IT conversations skip.
Foundation alone is measured against 39 defined standards, covering everything from admin account separation to backup testing to how predictable your costs actually are. Nothing vague,
nothing marked "good enough" without evidence behind it.
Innovate and Transform follow the same principle: a defined set of standards for what "good" looks like at that stage, so the roadmap that follows is built on measurement, not opinion.
Most firms with 50 to 500 users have never had this done formally. That's normal. It's also exactly why the first honest look is worth having.
Why this isn't the usual IT roadmap pitch
Most IT roadmaps are a list of things a provider would like to sell you, in an order that suits their quarter. Kepler works the other way round.
We tell you what the standards show, in order of what actually reduces risk or unlocks value first, not in order of what's easiest for us to deliver. If the honest answer is that Foundation isn't solid yet, we say that before we talk about anything further along. The report belongs to you regardless of what you decide to do with it.
That's the difference between a provider and a partner: a provider fixes what you ask about. A partner tells you what you haven't asked about yet.
