Foundation IT takes each of our customer’s investment in IT as if it were its own. Therefore each project is given careful consideration and is planned and managed by one of our dedicated Project Managers.

Foundation IT manage projects on a Prince 2 basis - however we recognise that generally the overhead associated with running a full-blown Prince 2 methodology is not acceptable to most clients. Therefore our Prince 2 qualified project managers have designed a cut down methodology that delivers the key components required to ensure a successful project without incurring significant overhead.

Project Managers provide the necessary co-ordination and control to ensure that a solution is carefully implemented within the clients organisation.
