EMERGENCY SUPPORT

Every so often a problem occurs that becomes a business critical event - this might be that your Exchange server or your primary database application has failed for example. We know this is often the time when you need help the most - but what if you don't have a support contract ?

Emergency support provides access to expert resource when you need it most.

As part of this service we will work with you initially to understand the problem and decide whether we are able to help. On a verbal agreement we will begin the diagnostic process for up to 2 hours at which point we will need to receive a purchase order to commit any more time to the problem. We will then continue to work on the problem as necessary.

In the event that a problem takes more than 2 days to resolve the emergency premium support rate will switch to standard retained rates. If we are required to come to site for an emergency support call expenses will be charged.
