DELIVERY OF OUR SERVICES

Foundation IT have analysed the requirements of clients when they are engaging a partner to provide support or project assistance. Our delivery mechanism is optimised to provide the highest value to the client whilst removing the risks typically associated. The two main delivery methods are discussed below:-

 

Retainer

A retainer allocates an agreed amount of time to be made available to the client typically for use in support. A retainer is paid in advance and in return for this commitment Foundation IT are able to deliver the following features:-

 

• No Travel or Expense Charges
• 15 Minute Billing Intervals
• 2 Year Expiry of Retainer Time
• Monthly Reporting of Time Used

 

Fixed Price or Below Contract

We agree with the client for each project a committed amount of time to complete a particular phase. One of three scenarios typically happen:-

 

• The phase is ON TIME - we charge for the committed amount of time
• The phase OVERRUNS - we will NOT charge for the overruning time
• The phase UNDERRUNS - we will ONLY charge for time actually used
