This approach is inline with the Microsoft Operating Framework / ITIL and makes it simpler for clients to implement best practice management techniques that are consistent with Microsoft related documentation. This approach align's our clients infrastructure with future strategies from the Microsoft stable (e.g. DSI).

BEST PRACTICE ENGINE

Foundation IT have developed a proprietary system (based upon Sharepoint) that captures the best practice approach to the work that we undertake. The BPE contains checklists, guidance, hints and tips, links and rules to be followed. This allows us to:-
